About me
Kelly has extensive career experience of >6 years at two top global firms - Boston Consulting Group (BCG) & Goldman Sachs, in both management consulting & finance. During her time, she was also trained as a coach & interviewer.
She became one of the youngest managers at BCG globally, leading projects and teams at age 25, after two early promotions. Kelly has also coached >100 BCG consultants across 25 client engagements and was a case interviewer & application reviewer for both students and experienced hires. She started her consulting career in Toronto, before permanently transferring to NYC in 2020.
Prior to BCG, Kelly interned in Goldman Sachs’ Sales & Trading division in Chicago and CIBC Mellon's Capital Markets group in Toronto.
Kelly was born in Anshan, China, and grew up in Toronto, Canada. She graduated with an Honors in Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
Currently, she is exploring the world and her passions in content creation (fashion & travel: @kellyhesun, career: @kellycareermode).
