Most of the experts offer 30-60 minutes session. If you purchase multi-hour package, you can use it as multiple separate one hour sessions.
Yes. You can reschedule the session up to 48 hours before the session. For any cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours, a flat fee will be charged to compensate for experts' time.
You can receieve a refund for any unused session within 365 days of purchasing. We will charge a 10% processing for the refund. Please email support@coffeelink.co for the refund processing.
